The"old" section of Cala D´Or, apart from being prime location also has it´s history.

This house, owned by a famous artist from Belgium until 1957 was convinced by his close friend Don Pep Costa, the original founder of Cala D´Or, to reside here.

The house is a true example of the original Ibizan style houses built in this era with nooks, crannies, numerous fire-places and artistic details.
Built on two floors it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The plot of 2,400 m2 allows for two more houses. The house has a large garden and pool (10 x 5 m). In need of reforms, it is in reasonably good condition and still holds the authentic Cala D´Or character.
