The luxury villa has full height teak panel doors, under an arch, to the entrance of the property making the villa fully private and exclusive. The property is beautifully furnished and has a large entrance hall (with cloakroom off). There is central heating throughout the villa for winter use. Satellite television together with video, DVD, hi-if and Mini Disc are provided as well as fax machine and internet connections for laptop use.
The open plan living room with dining area combined has a feature fireplace. An inner hall leads to all four bedroom suites; the master bedroom has a king size bed and a superb bathroom with a large bath and separate shower. Two bedrooms have French windows, one leading to the pool terrace, the other leading to the garden.
The high level heated terrace pool and spa, built to a considerable international standard with mosaic tiles and Grecian border patterns with gold leaf inserts, is fully heated when required. The fitted pool bar is surrounded by a sun terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens with many palm trees that lead down to the sea. At the bottom of the garden there is a boat mooring which accommodates a yacht up to 30 meters side on and of any size stern to.
There is an excellent marina with all necessary facilities nearby. The holiday villa is staffed with an English style butler, housekeeper, maid and gardener. The butler has been in charge for many years and fives a complete professional commitment and service, which includes preparation of cuisine. The villa possesses a vot and high chair and the facility ensures safety for toddlers. Windsurfing boards and small sail boats are available.
The dining terrace is undercover, complete with an electric overhead blind. Two barbecue terraces, one attached to the villa and the other in a lower position, all overlook the extensive lawned garden stretching down to the sea. The gardens are floodlit at night both front and rear. Cala dŽOr is a delightful villa resort situated on the south-east coast of Mallorca, approximately 45 minutes drive from Palma Airport.
The centre of Cala dŽOr is fully pedestrians ŽPort GrimaultŽ style with dozens of restaurants to suit all age groups. The marina is nearby and known to be one of the finest marinas in the Mediterranean with superb fish restaurants. This is an ideal family destination and there are many sandy beaches in the vicinity of Cala dŽOr, one of which is just 120 meters from the villa. There is a windsurfing school and a golf course a few minutes away. Facilities of a full sporting club, including air conditioned tennis courts are available nearby.
