Built in a most exclusive area in the centre of Cala D'or and is no more than a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian areas and the nearby beaches or to the stylish marina where yet more bars and restaurants abound. It stands next door to our other lovely villa, C'an Mastil.
This is the villa of arches, spacious terraces and shady patios. The front door is reached via a gated entrance off a quiet residential street and into a most attractively designed hallway. At once you cannot help but be impressed with the superb tiling, woodwork and stone features presented through the property.
The beautifully fitted kitchen runs off one corner of the hall and this has breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer, vitro ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. A patio door leads from here to a shady side terrace with an outside dining table, brick built barbecue and gardens. There is also a utility room.
In the dining area there is a large formal table and patio doors lead onto a well furnished arched covered terrace overlooking the pool.
This is a really delightful spot in which to relax or dine al-fresco. On this ground floor level also is the first of the four air-conditioned bedrooms, a double, which has access to the pool terrace and a most attractive shower room with walk-in shower and WC adjacent.
A staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor level and three further air-conditioned bedrooms. The master double is simply delightful and has access to an arched shady terrace overlooking the pool and comes complete with a pretty bathroom en-suite with bath, walk-in shower and WC. The other two bedrooms are delightful twins, each having its own shower room en-suite.
Outside the 12 metre pool takes pride of place amongst spacious terraces and has Roman steps into a shallow end for children. The pool is also linked to a series of solar panels, which will raise the temperature of the pool in high season and hopefully take the chill off in May, June and September. The pool is not covered however and therefore cannot be considered as heated in the true sense of the word.
Finally from the pool area an outside staircase gives access to the master bedroom patio and up onto the roof of the villa, which is ideal for the private sun worshipper and has glorious views over much of Cala Dor.
A fantastic villa, whilst being only a few minutes walk to all the amenities that this lovely resort has to offer.
