A staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor level and three further air-conditioned bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are delightful twins, each having its own shower room en-suite. 

Outside the 12 metre pool takes pride of place amongst spacious terraces and has Roman steps into a shallow end for children. The pool is also linked to a series of solar panels, which will raise the temperature of the pool in high season and hopefully take the chill off in May, June and September. The pool is not covered however and therefore cannot be considered as heated in the true sense of the word. 

Finally from the pool area an outside staircase gives access to the master bedroom patio and up onto the roof of the villa, which is ideal for the private sun worshipper and has glorious views over much of Cala Dor.
