The owners have put a lot of emphasis on using quality materials and designing a Finca with authentic, Mallorcan flair. The owners insulated the entire building (including the decorative wooden doors) perfectly. The finca is equipped with Climalith windows and oil central heating and has public electricity, as well as its own photovoltaic system and an 11 kw generator. The energy certificate has the classification “C”, which is relatively rare on the island.
