PUERTO DE POLLENSA

The central square is called Plaça Major with many outdoor cafés and dominated by a large church Nostra Senyora del Roser. One of the town’s most distintive features is its 365 step stairway north of the square, which leads up to a chapel.
The area is occupied mostly by residents. There are many things that make this place rich in history. The town was established back in the 13th century and the people who established it were Christian exiled from Pollentia which is now called Alcudia. Most of them were Spanish and hence the Spanish name. This town is not near the coast was built 6km from the coast for the fear of being attacked by the pirates.

The architecture of the town is different from the others. It has very narrow streets and tourists from all over the world come love to explore the area.
There is one major attraction found in the northern part; the longest stairways of 365 steps leading to the chapel. It is also a very lovely place where one cannot be bored. The cultural festivals are very fun to attend and investing this town will definitely be a brilliant idea.

It is not easy to get a property in this area; reason being that people love the place and are constantly moving in leading to high demand for properties in this area.
